I have felt the changing seasons of my life calling me home for awhile. As the years pass by I've become more interested in the economy of movement and energy. Conserving energy means becoming much more precise and clear on where I want to spend my minutes. It is time for me to stop spending so much time managing other therapists, marketing for a business, and taking care of two locations, both my home and office. Now, having done both the business end and bodywork piece of a practice, I realize that I'm in love with the actual practice of Rolfing. Seeing the changes in people's lives as they come into an easier place in their bodies is fulfilling and I want to spend more time on educating myself further on the inner working of the body's structure and less time on the administrative portion of my job.
What this means for my clients is that I will be accumulating a wider range of techniques as well as a deeper understanding of current techniques in order to better serve you. My location will be moving from Downtown Cary to West Raleigh. My prices will increase to $140 for a full session and $105 for a half Session if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card. The sessions will remain at the old rates for those of you who would like to pay with cash or check.
