Â
I hope this post finds you warm and with power during the great ice storm of 2026! For my part, I'm grateful for the time to craft a blog post.
For those of you who are active in my practice you know that I had surgery at the beginning of December. It went well. My recovery was easy, and largely uneventful, due to the support of so many people, and I'd like to take a moment to express my gratitude for that support. I'm grateful for Iga who stepped into my practice to offer sessions to my clients while I was in a six week recovery period. I am grateful for the clients who contributed to my recovery fund. (It has made all the difference!) I am grateful to my friends who created a spreadsheet for meals and dog walking assistance. I'm grateful to my husband, Jon, for being a steadfast rock I could lean on. I'm back to work this week, and although I have some lingering pain and fatigue, I'm grateful to be back to problem solving structural issues, as well as for the welcomed conversations. I have missed you.
Iga was such a success with my clients that she has agreed to see my overflow clients at my office on Fridays. Her rate is $155 for 75 minutes. You can book with her here, keep in mind only Fridays are at my office in Raleigh. The rest of the week she will be at her office in Durham:
I hope you will take advantage of her skills while she is available here. We never know how long life will offer us this space together. As of right now, our arrangement is indefinite, and I hope to have her here as long as possible.
I'm not currently taking new clients, so if you are trying to get in, I would recomend booking with Iga, and going through the Rolfing ten series. If you are still expiriencing discomfort after that, we can talk about booking specialized sessions. Please see Iga's biography below:Â
Iga came to Rolfing® through a long recovery from labral tears and hip surgeries, a process that left her with significant imbalances and ultimately reshaped how she understands healing and the body’s capacity to reorganize. Receiving Rolfing® during that chapter of her life profoundly changed her relationship to her body and informed the way she practices today.Â
Iga offers Rolfing® Structural Integration that improves alignment, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative, meeting each body with respect for its history and innate intelligence. She works with people navigating chronic pain, injury, post-surgical recovery, and life transitions.
Rolfing® is not only a calling for Iga, but a way to resource her community. She views her practice as a continuation of the lineage of Rolfers™ who supported her and feels privileged to carry that legacy forward. She loves supporting people in accessing their full potential, restoring trust in their bodies, and cultivating the capacity to live healthier, more connected, more fulfilling lives. Iga Mrozek is a Certified Rolfer™ and Licensed Massage Therapist based in Durham, NC.
Please be mindful: Iga is in Raleigh on Fridays. The rest of the week you can find her in Durham.
If you would like to book a session with her you can do that here:
Last but not least, I will have a small rate increase of $5 in March of 2026. Session rates will be $155 for 45-60 minute, and $205 for 60-75 minutes.
